It is requested that an edit be made to this semi-protected page (see protection log).
This template should only be used when followed by a specific description of the request. "Please change X" is not acceptable; the request must be of the form "please change X to Y". The edit may be made by any autoconfirmed user. Replace the {{editsemiprotected}} template with {{tlx|editsemiprotected}} when the request has been accepted or rejected. |
Template documentation[edit] Usage
Place {{editsemiprotected}} on a talk page to request an edit of the corresponding article page. It should be accompanied by a clear and specific description of the requested change. Providing the new sentences or code in your request, that may be copied directly into the page, will expedite the process.
[edit] Recommended action upon resolution
Once a request is handled, it's best to leave the {{editsemiprotected}} tag as an un-transcluded tag by changing it to, for example, {{tlx|editsemiprotected}}. This removes the message box from the talk page and removes the talk page from the category, while still leaving a record of the request.
