[edit] Grammatical error
In Wikipedia:Contact us/Top questions#I have been told I have vandalized an article, but I have not! What do I do?, second to last sentence of last paragraph, should read "In such cases" or "in such a case", not "In such case". Darkspots (talk) 10:33, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
- Nice catch. That paragraph was torturous, so I've rewritten it to be more straightforward. - Jredmond (talk) 17:55, 29 September 2008 (UTC)

[edit] "private enterprise"
{{editprotected}}
What exactly should this sentence say: "Though Wikipedia is a free service without advertisement, it is a private enterprise and is privately funded."? Last time I checked, we were a tax-exempt foundation and more specifically a public charity, as opposed to a private, grant-distributing charity which gains its money from investments. Furthermore, we are definiteiy not "private funded" but gain our money from public donations. Please correct! --Mbimmler (talk) 08:33, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
Not done: "Private" means we are not associated with any governmental organization. It is funded by donations from private individuals, and not from any government sources. So, in that sense, we are not a public charity.--Aervanath lives in the Orphanage 18:21, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
